Job Description

Senior Data Analyst supporting F-35 Sustainment in Fort Worth, TX with hybrid work options.

Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis tasks under technical lead supervision with light oversight.
  • Assist and guide the coordination and development of problem statements, modeling approaches, and GR&A (ground rules and assumptions).
  • Collaborate with leadership, customers, and cross‑functional teams to enable data driven decisions.
  • Program manage key tasks and resources to meet cost and schedule objectives.
  • Create interactive data analytics dashboards to monitor operational performance.
  • Track critical metrics and verify performance against defined benchmarks and KPIs.
  • Oversee data quality assurance, run queries for stakeholder requests, and triage data issues for timely resolution.
  • Analyze large datasets to derive valid inferences and present insights in narrative or visual formats, including dashboards.
  • Establish and maintain data processes and new analytics capabilities.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Translate business problems into functional and technical requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Eligibility to obtain a DoD Secret clearance to perform job duties.
  • Experience scripting in Python, R, or SQL and data visualization with Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with understanding of system databases, data elements, structures and hierarchies, and related software solutions to optimize data gathering and analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work remotely

Part‑time remote telework is available; a portion of the schedule is remote and part is onsite at a Lockheed Martin facility. Specific weekly arrangements will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work schedules

  • Flexible schedules ranging from standard 40 hours over five days to condensed options.
  • Condensed schedules provide additional time away from the office and are in addition to paid time off benefits.

Schedule for this position

4x10 hour days, three days off per week.
