Responsibilities

  • Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources while maintaining data integrity and documentation.
  • Perform exploratory analysis, develop statistical models, and create forecasts to support business planning.
  • Build and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Translate technical findings into concise business recommendations and collaborate with data engineers, product owners, and leaders.
  • Identify automation opportunities and contribute to data governance best practices to improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field considered.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Python (pandas, NumPy) or R.
  • Strong data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance per business requirements, Interim clearance required to start.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree
  • Demonstrated ability to work across all levels of the organization to develop data analytical models, drive positive change, and communicate with multi-functional stakeholders
  • Secret Clearance
