Data Engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines to support complex workflows and analytics
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate data solutions that meet business needs
- Identify, analyze, and resolve data issues to maintain accuracy and reliability of data assets
- Mentor and share best practices with less experienced colleagues
- Drive continuous improvement of data engineering processes and tooling to boost team performance
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands‑on data engineering, integration, and automation experience
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, and PowerShell with the ability to extract, transform, and operationalize data across multiple platforms
- Familiarity with Genesys Cloud, NIC Call Recording, Nexidia Interaction Analytics, NICE IEX Workforce Management, APA, Robotic Automation, and Symon Korbyt Wallboard technology
