Job Description

A data engineering role at Accenture Flex focuses on building and maintaining data solutions, crafting robust pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing ETL processes, with cross‑team collaboration and onsite work three days per week in Jersey City, Addison, or Charlotte.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines to support complex workflows and analytics
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate data solutions that meet business needs
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve data issues to maintain accuracy and reliability of data assets
  • Mentor and share best practices with less experienced colleagues
  • Drive continuous improvement of data engineering processes and tooling to boost team performance

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands‑on data engineering, integration, and automation experience
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, and PowerShell with the ability to extract, transform, and operationalize data across multiple platforms
  • Familiarity with Genesys Cloud, NIC Call Recording, Nexidia Interaction Analytics, NICE IEX Workforce Management, APA, Robotic Automation, and Symon Korbyt Wallboard technology
  • Associate Degree
