Bain & Company is looking for a POS Performance Architect in Atlanta, GA to support the design, optimization, and performance of point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize POS system architecture
• Evaluate application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Identify technical issues and recommend system improvements
• Coordinate system integrations and technical deployments
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Experience with POS systems and enterprise application architecture
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, and system integrations
• Understanding of performance testing and troubleshooting
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills

Salary

• USD 103,000 - 125,000 per year
