Job Description
Join Home Depot / THD on The Company Store digital team as a Digital Content Data Analyst, onsite in Trenton, NJ. This role offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 60,500 to 70,000 and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience. You will lead end-to-end onboarding and ongoing management for assigned product categories, ensuring accurate setup, data integrity, and an optimal site experience on thecompanystore.com. A cross-functional environment, applied analytics, and opportunities to impact product presentation and lifecycle processes are central to this role.
You will act as the primary data category lead for the Digital Content team, coordinating with internal partners and external agencies to resolve issues and drive measurable business results. The position emphasizes ownership, clear communication, and practical problem solving to maintain high quality content and data accuracy across the online store.
Responsibilities
- Subject matter expert: Own the assigned online product category, staying informed on best practices, industry standards, and applicable legal requirements, and report on these as related to projects.
- Data projects and presentation: Manage category data initiatives including SKU collection and maintenance, online cross merchandising, and product presentation.
- Program effectiveness: Measure the ongoing impact of programs against metrics and develop optimization strategies informed by performance data and customer feedback.
- Portfolio management: Prioritize projects and tasks to ensure deliverables meet or exceed goals.
- Cross-functional coordination: Lead integrated teams from external agencies or other functional groups supporting initiatives.
- Operational troubleshooting: Address ongoing needs such as store SKU alignment and online product availability.
- Documentation: Create clear end-user and training materials for processes.
Requirements

- No permanent direct reports, but leads a work group: assigns and reviews work, provides training, and contributes to performance appraisals (not involved in hiring, firing, or disciplinary actions).
