This entry level data analyst role supports data driven improvements across patient care systems, operational workflows, and reporting accuracy within healthcare platforms.

Responsibilities

• Examine healthcare data such as patient records, billing information, and key operational metrics to generate actionable insights.
• Assist with the implementation and ongoing improvement of EHR and EMR systems.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders to understand workflows and identify data needs.
• Support data mapping, data migration, and validation activities to ensure data integrity.
• Produce reports on patient outcomes, hospital performance, and compliance indicators.
• Spot data inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions to improve data quality.
• Support regulatory reporting and healthcare compliance obligations.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and system testing for healthcare applications.
• Document workflows, use cases, and system requirements to aid implementation and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Basic Excel and reporting knowledge.
