Gen AI Engineer

Robotics Technologies is seeking an experienced GenAI Engineer to design, build, and deploy generative AI applications leveraging LLMs and RAG.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop generative AI applications using LLMs
• Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise use cases
• Create prompt engineering strategies and optimize LLM responses
• Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or other foundation models into application workflows
• Work with vector databases for document storage and semantic search
• Develop AI agents and automated workflows
• Build and integrate REST APIs and scalable AI services
• Evaluate, monitor, and optimize model performance

Requirements

• Experience designing and developing GenAI applications using LLMs
• Experience building RAG pipelines for enterprise use cases
• Proficiency with prompt engineering to improve LLM output quality
• Experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or other foundation models
• Hands-on experience with vector databases for document storage and semantic search
• Experience developing AI agents and automated workflows
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs and scalable AI services
• Ability to evaluate, monitor, and optimize model performance
