Job Description

The GTM Data Analytics Engineer role is part of the Revenue Operations team at Together AI. The position focuses on building reliable data infrastructure and reporting that supports go-to-market, finance, and product stakeholders, with an emphasis on dashboard development, data analysis, and growth into dbt modeling within Snowflake.

Role Overview

You will develop and maintain reporting outputs for GTM stakeholders and support cross-functional teams through consistent definitions and clear data insights. The work includes pulling data from core systems, performing analysis and deep dives on business performance and trends, and progressing toward contributing to dimensional models using dbt in Snowflake.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports primarily for GTM stakeholders, with additional usage by Finance, Product, and other cross-functional teams; support deep-dive analyses on business performance and trends.
  • Pull and analyze data from source systems including Salesforce, Amplitude, production systems, and billing to support ongoing reporting and ad hoc requests.
  • Use SQL to extract, clean, and analyze data, focusing on both correctness and efficiency.
  • Build foundational SQL skills and business understanding, then grow into contributing to dbt models in Snowflake while following established dimensional modeling standards.
  • Collaborate with GTM, Finance, and Product stakeholders to understand data requirements and keep reporting and definitions aligned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI, or Analytics Engineering role.
  • Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write complex multi-step queries with joins and aggregations; experience with dbt and/or Python is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with a cloud data warehouse, with Snowflake preferred, and BI tools including Hex and Metabase.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

US base salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, plus equity and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by location, level, and role, with individual compensation based on experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
