Job Description

The Jr. Data Analyst - Digital Commerce supports the accuracy and completeness of product data and imagery across digital channels. Serving as a product data expert, the role collaborates with multiple teams to extract insights and enable effective digital activation for partner needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete catalog of digital product data and imagery, ensuring precision and alignment with partner specifications.
  • Offer guidance, troubleshoot, and communicate clearly with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate information and maintain smooth workflows.
  • Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve issues through testing and problem-solving.
  • Uphold high data integrity by implementing and refining processes for accuracy and scalability.
  • Extract, analyze, and organize data from multiple sources using advanced Excel capabilities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of corporate experience
  • 2+ years of Excel experience required
  • Proficiency with VLOOKUP
  • Experience with SUM and SUMIF
  • Experience with COUNT and COUNTIF
  • Familiarity with Find and Replace
  • Experience creating and using Pivot Tables
  • Knowledge of MATCH
  • Knowledge of CONCAT
  • Proficiency with Conditional Formatting
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Strong time management and prioritization in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to take initiative and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team
  • Experience learning new technical applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel
  • Experience with SharePoint or Adobe Experience Manager strongly preferred
