- Build and maintain customer health reporting, executive dashboards, scorecards, and self-service tools that provide consistent, trusted insights.
- Create vendor and brand insights covering customer overlap, acquisition, retention, cross-shopping, channel behavior, category preferences, and growth opportunities.
- Synthesize complex results into clear executive narratives that highlight what is working, what is not, and recommended actions.
- Run deep-dive and ad hoc analyses to answer priority questions and uncover emerging customer opportunities.
- Define analytical methodologies, definitions, and documentation to keep insights consistent, transparent, and reproducible.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and data product teams to expand customer data availability, improve analytical datasets, and address gaps that limit insight generation.

- Translate business inquiries into analytical solutions aligned across teams on objectives, methodology, outputs, and expected decisions.
- Present insights and recommendations through direct stakeholder engagement at working-team and executive levels.
- Use SQL, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, and other analytical tools to understand customer behavior across banners, markets, brands, and categories.
- Support customer data integrity investigations by validating fixes and communicating implications to stakeholders.
- Keep deliverables, methodologies, and priorities organized and transparent for partners.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
