Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead data engineering initiatives to generate strategic insights and improve client performance through ETL and ELT integration
  • Design and implement innovative data solutions using DataStage and advanced analytics techniques
  • Manage and mentor teams to enhance capabilities and ensure high-quality client deliverables, with a focus on pipeline architecture
  • Leverage business intelligence tools and cloud analytics platforms such as AWS and Redshift to support data-driven decision making
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and architectures to support analytics programs using DB2 and SQL Server
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data utilization and process improvements, employing GoldenGate and CDC
  • Oversee the deployment of scalable data visualization and reporting solutions, with emphasis on performance tuning
  • Promote the adoption of new technologies and methodologies within data and analytics teams, including S3 and Glue
  • Address and resolve conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessary
  • Maintain professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in data engineering or related fields

Compensation

Salary range: USD 99,000 - 232,000 per year
