NetSuite System Administrator - Financial Data Analyst
Job Description
Futuramic Tool & Engineering is seeking a NetSuite System Administrator and Financial Data Analyst to support the financial team and NetSuite users onsite in Warren, MI.
- NetSuite administration tasks as needed
- Create workflows within NetSuite
- Edit and/or create new NetSuite fields, lists, reports, and custom searches
- Troubleshoot system errors
- Perform CSV imports into NetSuite
- Delete records as needed (PO’s, invoices, bills, item receipts, quote tools, contract reviews, and requisitions)
- Pull data to populate Work In Progress (WIP) reports monthly
- Work with Program Managers to prepare Estimate at Completions (EACs)
- Assist in preparation of Monthly Operations Reviews
- Analyze trends in key performance indicators (current and past)
- Highlight unexpected variances and analyze causes
- Assist Program Managers in development of Milestones on new awards
- Support development of Program budgets, forecasts, and modeling tools
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely information to management for decision-making
- Support the senior management team with in-depth analysis
- Assist in new ERP implementation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar
- 3+ years of Program Finance or FP&A experience
- Significant and direct NetSuite experience
- Security clearance requirement: must be able to obtain, maintain, and/or currently possess a security clearance

Physical Demands
