Palantir Engineer - Data Engineer II
Job Description
Deloitte seeks a Palantir Engineer (Data Engineer II) to build and integrate end-to-end use cases in the Palantir environment, supporting mission-critical operations with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) data.
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end use cases that deliver measurable value to stakeholders across mission-critical operations
- Partner with customers to prototype solutions, collect feedback, and refine functionality based on user needs
- Configure and maintain ontologies to structure enterprise data models across disparate data sources
- Build data transformation pipelines for ingestion, processing, and analysis within the Palantir environment
- Create workflows and automated decision-support solutions
- Support requirements gathering, demonstrations, and deployment activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active Secret clearance
- 1+ years of experience with Palantir Foundry, or 1+ years building workflow applications on low-code/no-code platforms, or 1+ years of data engineering experience on large data platforms such as Databricks
- Experience facilitating technical workshops and client demonstrations
- Experience implementing artificial intelligence in workflow applications, including agentic solutions
- 1+ years of experience developing data pipelines and ETL processes
- Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on work performed and client/industry needs
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
