Mapgenesys is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to design, train, and deploy AI solutions across large-scale data environments.

Design, develop, and optimize scalable AI models using TensorFlow and machine learning cloud services to address complex business needs
Own model training, evaluation, and deployment to support robustness, accuracy, and efficiency across diverse platforms
Implement natural language processing methods and generative AI solutions to improve data-driven applications
Manage large-scale big data systems using Hadoop, Spark, and SQL for data mining, ETL, and analytics workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect database designs and data pipelines for scalable AI initiatives
Perform statistical analysis for research using tools such as R and SAS to guide model development and validation
Build automation scripts in Bash (Unix shell) or VBA to streamline data processing and improve operational workflows
Evaluate AI models using rigorous statistical analysis and model evaluation metrics to ensure strong performance
Integrate machine learning and AI-based analysis into existing enterprise systems while maintaining scalability and reliability
Track emerging trends in quantum engineering, big data analytics, and machine learning frameworks to strengthen technical capabilities

Proven experience building AI models with a strong background in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or similar platforms
Extensive hands-on experience with Hadoop, Spark implementations, and SQL databases for large-scale data analytics
Demonstrated expertise in statistical modeling, statistical analysis tools (R/SAS), and predictive modeling for research or business use cases
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C, or Bash (Unix shell), focused on model training, deployment, and automation
Familiarity with cloud-based AI services on AWS or other cloud platforms for scalable model implementation
Experience applying natural language processing techniques and generative AI models
Knowledge of database design principles and ETL workflows using Talend or similar tools to support robust data pipelines
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly across teams while leading multiple projects simultaneously
