Senior Business Intelligence, Data Analyst

Google’s Senior Business Intelligence, Data Analyst role supports centralized learning measurement and reporting across global GBOedu learning programs for gTech.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain centralized learner activity dashboards for GBOedu, Manager, Facilitator, and Audit Dashboards as the single source of truth for global learning analytics.
• Partner with Commercial Activation to align measurement strategies across GBOedu teams and support unified analytics and cross-functional visibility during the transition to Connect Learning.
• Run weekly data integrity audits across pipelines and reporting solutions to support scalability, reliability, and compliance with internal engineering standards.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses that connect learning programs to business outcomes, including evaluating training efficiency and behavioral impacts to inform learning and development strategy.
• Drive operational efficiencies by creating automated reporting templates and collaborating with Program Managers to provide data for executive decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• 4+ years of experience in SQL and data visualization (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar).
• Intermediate to advanced experience building scalable dashboards with tools such as Plx, Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Working knowledge of HTML for dashboard embedding and interface enhancements.
• Proficiency using generative AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI-driven automation to streamline analysis, accelerate reporting workflows, and improve efficiency.
• Comfort with ambiguous problems, using data to make decisions, and influencing cross-functional partners.
• Strong background defining and evaluating processes, identifying efficiency opportunities, and managing projects semi-autonomously in a global, changing environment.

Compensation

• US salary: $141,000 - $205,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
