Job Description

Publicis Groupe Holdings B.V. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its analytics team in Atlanta, onsite. The role spans the full analytics lifecycle, from initial concept through final deliverables, applying predictive analytics and advanced statistical techniques to guide marketing decisions and business insights. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential to manage data logistics, QA/QC, and the creation of clear, actionable reports and presentations.

Location: Atlanta, GA (onsite)

Salary: USD 86,600 - 96,200 per year

Minimum experience: 1 year

Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to data analyses by writing SQL under general supervision to support final project deliverables
  • Create comprehensive analyses that include actionable recommendations
  • Monitor and ensure timeliness and quality across all assignments
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to handle data logistics, transfers, data structures, and business rules to enable project execution
  • Perform QA/QC on data and report outputs to maintain accuracy
  • Assist in creating reports by contributing content and noting key observations
  • Present findings to internal and external stakeholders, communicating key insights and recommendations
  • Manage several projects concurrently
  • Support the development of compelling presentations that convey insights and recommendations
  • Support the sales process by contributing content for proposals related to new and existing business opportunities
  • Prioritize and track progress against timeline and scope; raise issues that require change
  • Adjust analyses in response to shifts in client direction and focus

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing analytics
  • Proficient in SQL with at least 1 year of experience
  • Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and use of Copilot
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Successful in developing relationships within and across functional teams (statistical, technical, and marketing resources)
  • Highly motivated and collaborative
  • Ability to extrapolate direction based on minimal input and ask clarifying questions
  • Strong technical skills
  • Acute attention to detail (QA/QC)
  • Effective organization and time management
