Job Description
The Sr. Data Analyst role at EXL Service brings together data analysis and governance work to support enterprise customer servicing, risk, and regulatory use cases. Based in New York, NY with a hybrid schedule, this position partners closely with client leadership to design a global corporate hierarchy framework that is accurate, consistent, and scalable.
You will help define entity relationships, strengthen hierarchy accuracy, and use internal and third-party data to improve linkage quality and data integrity. The work also includes coordinating across business, product, and engineering teams while contributing to delivery and executive reporting.
What you’ll do
- Design and continuously enhance a global corporate hierarchy framework using internal and third-party data.
- Build and validate parent-subsidiary and related entity relationships.
- Define business rules and governance controls to maintain hierarchy accuracy and consistency.
- Perform data analysis to improve linkage quality and overall data integrity.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Support project delivery, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
What you’ll bring
- Experience working on corporate banking products.
- Strong data analytics and SQL skills, including BigQuery.
