Job Description
Deloitte seeks a senior analytics product owner in a Houston, TX hybrid environment to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Global Employer Services analytics products. The role oversees analytics engineers and BI developers, guiding the use of GenAI, machine learning, business intelligence, and dashboards to deliver tangible business value.
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes the Global Employer Services Analytics strategy and roadmap, prioritizing investments across machine learning, GenAI, agentic AI, business intelligence, and dashboards based on business outcomes, adoption, ROI, and value realization.
- Leads the ideation, prototyping, and delivery of analytics innovations and products, incorporating market, client, and stakeholder feedback to bring scalable solutions to market and ensure business adoption.
- Provides hands-on leadership to analytics teams and cross-functional partners, owning priorities, timelines, delivery quality, and execution discipline while coaching talent and partnering with Global Technology and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 - 3 days per week
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in analytics, data, or a related field
- Experience leading teams of up to 20 analytics professionals
- Proven experience with at least one advanced analytics method such as predictive analytics, recommendation engines, optimization algorithms, segmentation, or forecasting
- Successful experience with at least one analytics visualization platform such as Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, or ThoughtSpot
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA
