Responsibilities
- Leverage leading tools, data automation, and analytic methodologies to support reporting and performance measurement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, optimize digital strategies, and deliver clear recommendations for growth.
- Apply hands-on experience in data extraction, transformation, and visualization to inform decision making.
- Work with large datasets, build scalable reports, and translate complex data into accessible insights for timely decisions.

Requirements
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year as a Data Analyst with strong quantitative coursework or solid equivalent experience.
- Intermediate SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries.
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities, data curiosity, and experience with data mining, creation, and consolidation.
- Ability to support conclusions with clear narratives using descriptive statistics, basic inferential statistics, and data visualizations.
- Willingness to clarify business objectives and measurement needs, and to define and measure objectives and key results.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak to both business and technical teams and translate ideas between them.
- Kno wledge of AB Testing methods, time series analysis, S&OP planning, and forecasting models including statistical analysis.
- Experience with analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Python, R, Domo, Adobe Analytics (or Google Analytics) and/or equivalent technologies.
- Ability to build detailed reports and dashboards, design and implement data visualizations, and prepare data models to identify trends and opportunities.
- Experience applying advanced analytics and AI-driven approaches, such as predictive modeling or machine learning, to support decision making.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and delivers solutions in partnership with digital technology and data engineering to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and security across reports and analyses.
- Builds and maintains positive partner relationships to understand data needs, provide insights, and ensure reporting solutions meet key objectives.
