VanJoh Graphics invites a detail-oriented Air Force Real Property Specialist Data Analyst to join our team onsite at F E Warren AFB in Wyoming. This role supports base civil engineer activities around real property acquisition, management, accounting, reporting, facility use, disposal, and FIAR readiness. You will work at a competitive hourly rate of $30 to $45, contribute to mission-critical property programs, and collaborate with cross-functional base teams to ensure accurate, auditable records.

Responsibilities
- Manage and execute complex real property actions for government assets across acquisition, use, management, and disposal.
- Maintain real property inventories, prepare reports, and analyze data to inform decisions.
- Annually reconcile Air Force real property records with all occupants, maintainers, and operators.
- Perform FIAR actions including Existence and Completeness within established timelines.
- Support real property inventory file maintenance in the APSR and jacket files.
- Assess and implement out-grants of Air Force real property as needed.
- Apply Air Force guidance and the Real Estate Transaction Playbook to process in-grants and out-grants such as leases, permits, easements, and licenses.
- Maintain the Real Estate Grant Tracker with grantee details and annual amounts owed.
- Conduct annual compliance inspections for grants and update APSR and jacket files accordingly.
- Coordinate with Environmental Flight, Legal Office, and other base entities to ensure alignment.
- Support space accountability activities to confirm accurate building occupancy in real property records.
- Prepare key real property documents (KSDs), reports, and presentation materials as required.
- Prepare for and support audits, evaluations, staff assistance visits, and inspections.
- Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct in-depth research to analyze asset history, assess situations, and implement corrective actions.
- Coach and guide Real Property Technicians; delegate tasks as appropriate.
- Develop, maintain, and update Geographic Information System (GIS) databases; source data from city, state, federal, and private entities.
- Review maps, land parcel records, and engineering documents; conduct field work as needed to grow GIS data.
- Identify GIS information and convert data into appropriate GIS formats; ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Enter data into databases, keep GIS layers current, and create maps and GIS documents.
- Offer GIS expertise and user support; coordinate with Real Property Master Planning to reconcile GIS data with the Real Property Inventory (RPI) and respond to HQ data calls.
- Maintain QAP compliance, data management standards, attribution standards, and GIS security restrictions; validate geospatial data layers per QAP guidance.
- Perform quality control on geospatial layers and metadata; route data to SMEs and IGI&S for review; conduct QAP reviews for geospatial layers.
- Undertake other related duties as assigned to support program needs.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required for computer access.
- Minimum three years of real property experience, including assistance with researching legal documents or preparing legal materials.
- Must complete AFIT Real Property Management Course WMGT 424 within 12 months of assignment.
- Knowledge of federal real property procedures including AFI 32-9001, AFI 32-9002, AFI 32-9004, and AFI 32-9005.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong ability to gather, evaluate, and interpret data to form valid conclusions and recommendations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain government identification and a common access card.
- Professional, courteous interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass background checks and any required drug testing.
- DBIDS access eligibility to enter U.S. Government installations.
