Job Description

Role: Business & Data Analyst at Stellantis, onsite in Auburn Hills, MI, responsible for building and scaling trusted data products for performance measurement across sales, incentives, and payments.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document stakeholder requirements
  • Develop a deep understanding of the data needed to support performance measurement across sales, incentives, and vehicle payments
  • Lead the design of deliverables and data artifacts in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders
  • Test, validate, and implement data solutions ensuring quality and governance
  • Provide end-user support and training to enable adoption
  • Coordinate projects end-to-end, balancing scope, timelines, and resources
  • Deliver analytics quickly in time-constrained environments while maintaining accuracy
  • Manage multiple reporting tools and ensure consistency across platforms
  • Present status updates and actionable insights to management, capturing feedback for refinement
  • Align data across Sales, Brand, and Finance to reflect sales, incentives, and vehicle payments
  • Support adoption through knowledge transfer and change management activities
  • Turn a strategic vision into an operational project and shepherd it through uncertainty to completion
  • Define success criteria and track progress against them
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to craft creative solutions to complex problems
  • Lead cross-functional teams in iterative agile development cycles
  • Balance competing priorities in a dynamic, evolving environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to deliver outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Operations Research)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative evaluation abilities and the ability to assess processes and data objectively
  • Robust problem formulation, problem-solving, and analysis capabilities
  • Proven success delivering projects and driving change management
  • Ability to collaborate with external data partners, agencies, and vendors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Three or more years of automotive industry experience
  • Experience in brand management, production sales, or a media-focused environment is advantageous
