Business Data Analyst

PDS is seeking a Business Data Analyst to convert data into actionable insights that improve warranty processes and service performance in the HVAC sector, supporting global operations from East Syracuse, New York.

Summary

The Business Data Analyst at PDS transforms data into strategic insights to streamline warranty workflows and enhance service outcomes across HVAC operations, supporting global activities from East Syracuse, New York.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular business analysis using statistical methods, data mining, and predictive modeling
• Interpret data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
• Examine warranty claims, customer interactions, and operational workflows to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement
• Assist in developing and deploying systems to capture and monitor business operations data
• Address customer inquiries related to product registration, warranty coverage, and claim status
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, cases, and resolutions
• Provide timely and accurate information to distributors, dealers, and end users
• Assist in triaging workflows and prioritizing technical and business support requests
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize processes and resolve customer challenges
• Contribute to creating and maintaining Standard Work Instructions and operational documentation
• Monitor performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, response times, and case resolutions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in data analysis, customer support, or business operations
• Proficiency with ServiceBench, Salesforce, and SAP
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Pay Details

Rate: $21.50 per hour
