Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and sustain sophisticated analytics platforms that translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Examine large, multifaceted datasets to uncover trends, growth opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Generate thorough reports derived from data mining, analysis, and visualization to inform strategic decisions.
• Assess and enhance internal data workflows to safeguard integrity, improve efficiency, and ensure accuracy.
• Partner with managers and stakeholders to capture requirements, ensure data solutions align with business needs, and foster cross-department collaboration.
• Create and implement data acquisition pipelines with scalability and performance optimization in mind.
• Develop and sustain interactive visualizations from diverse data sources to illuminate key metrics and KPIs for decision makers.
• Continuously scrutinize data to answer critical questions and offer strategic guidance to boost productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of data analytics experience with demonstrated data mining, evaluation, and visualization skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with capacity to learn supplementary analytics tools as required.
• Experience producing technical documentation such as queries, reports, and data presentations.
• Aptitude for turning raw data into actionable insights that drive business performance.
• Solid problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a proactive stance toward data analysis and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Fluency with the Microsoft data stack, including SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
