Job Description
Use data to drive business performance through analysis, reporting, and stakeholder-aligned KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large, structured datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and performance drivers
- Produce actionable insights and recommendations that support business performance
- Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and build KPIs and translate business needs into reporting solutions
- Extract, validate, and reconcile data from multiple systems to maintain reporting accuracy
- Support customer and product initiatives using data analysis and related insights
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Power BI proficiency, including DAX and Power Query
- Excel expertise, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques
- SQL proficiency and experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and Snowflake
- Experience with Snowflake and writing optimized queries
- Familiarity with enterprise data environments and/or data warehouses
- Strong understanding of relational data structures and data integrity best practices
- Effective communication skills, including presenting findings to customers, peers, and leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Technical Skills
- Power BI, DAX, Power Query

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
