Data Analyst

Work onsite in Louisville, KY as a Data Analyst focused on analysis, data integration, and decision support through reports, dashboards, and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis to support analytic solutions used for key business decisions
• Capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and requirements tied to data quality
• Integrate data from multiple sources to provide requested or required data elements
• Create and deliver forecasts, reports, dashboards, and ad hoc requests for management
• Interpret results and analyze data to identify operational impact, trends, and opportunities
• Build management reports and deliverables and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Identify and define improvements to data quality and support compliance through audits and analysis

Requirements

• 2+ years of data analysis and reporting (or related experience)
• Prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
• Analyze and interpret data to find business problems and opportunities
• Communicate clearly in oral and written formats with management
• Prepare and present data-driven presentations
• Proficiency with software applications such as Word and Excel
• Demonstrated knowledge of SQL
