Responsibilities

• Contribute to advanced analytic initiatives on mission-centric projects, delivering actionable insights.
• Apply statistical methods, machine learning, data mining, and predictive analytics to heterogeneous data sources to address complex operational challenges.
• Leverage leadership and data science expertise to create real-world impact for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to clarify questions and needs, then explore data-rich environments to uncover relevant information.
• Guide teammates and oversee the development of algorithms and data systems.
• Choose and apply the right mix of tools and frameworks to turn disparate data points into objective answers for client decision making.
• Provide a deep understanding of the data, its implications, and how insights can be applied to drive outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in data exploration, cleaning, analysis, visualization, or mining.
• At least 3 years of experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages used for data analysis.
• At least 3 years of experience analyzing structured and unstructured data sources.
• Experience with ETL tools such as dbt and Apache Airflow.
• Experience developing predictive data models, performing quantitative analyses, and visualizing targeted data sources.
• Experience leading the development of solutions for complex programs.
• Experience with natural language processing, text mining, or machine learning techniques.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Mathematics.

As part of Booz Allen, you will help turn data into evidence-based guidance for stakeholders.

Work Model

• Remote: May require occasional in-person work at Booz Allen or a customer facility.
• Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility, with potential visits to customer facilities based on role needs.
• Onsite: Primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, with collaboration as required.

Clearance

Applicants must undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Compensation

Projected annual salary range is $99,000 to $225,000, with final offers determined by location, education, experience, skills, and contract requirements. Booz Allen provides a comprehensive benefits package and total compensation considerations.
