Responsibilities
- Lead analysis of complex business challenges using internal and external data to provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
- Identify and interpret trends and patterns within datasets to uncover key drivers.
- Demonstrate strong capabilities in predictive analytics and statistical modeling.
- Develop forecasts, recommendations, and strategic or tactical plans grounded in data and market context.
- Define specifications for reports and analyses aligned with business needs and available data elements.
- Offer guidance to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues.
- Directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using enterprise reporting tools.
Requirements
- Experience with AWS Cloud or similar platforms and tools used for data science, AI, and ML initiatives.
- Ability to deploy machine learning models into production environments.
- Skill to interpret ambiguous data and translate it into a compelling business narrative that informs decisions.
- Proficiency with the AWS ecosystem and related services.
- Strong predictive modeling and statistical analysis capabilities.
- Effective written and oral communication with internal and external clients.
- Ability to work independently with business users and cross-functional leaders.
- Comfort with solving high ambiguity through data science approaches.
- Capability to create and deliver clear presentations to diverse audiences.
- Advanced expertise in data analytics tools such as R, Python, and SQL.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft productivity tools, including Excel, Word, and Visio.
- Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and data architecture is preferred.
