Ecommerce & Marketing Data Analyst
Job Description
Use ecommerce and marketing data to drive reporting, product feed accuracy, and inventory planning recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Audit and manage the product data feed to prevent errors from impacting advertising and sales
- Implement feed updates as needed and keep the product data feed accurate
- Investigate recurring data issues, identify the source, and hand root causes to the Business Systems team
- Validate data accuracy across multiple reporting platforms
- Analyze product velocity (time-to-sell) with Supply Chain and deliver data and recommendations for inventory planning and projected sales velocities
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to set marketing and sales goals for each product
- Track forecast accuracy and improve the forecasting process over time
- Analyze marketing, ecommerce, and sales performance to find trends and opportunities
- Support paid media performance reporting and campaign analysis
- Build, maintain, and improve marketing dashboards and recurring reports
- Create executive-level reports to guide business decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation and efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate actionable insights
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to communicate data and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills, including analyzing and organizing large datasets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or marketing analytics
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, including defining the problem before proposing a solution

Position Details
- Compensation: $60,000 per year

- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week
