Junior Data Analyst
Job Description
The regional subject matter expert for Salesforce and sales analytics, this role delivers actionable SFDC, revenue, and POS insights while advancing best practices, process improvements, and enablement tools across the sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Capture, analyze, and report key sales data from SFDC and revenue or POS sources to inform business decisions.
- Coordinate commercial forecasting, pipeline reviews, and weekly performance reporting for the sales teams.
- Evaluate ongoing business processes and collaborate across the organization to enhance commercial efficiency, enable revenue initiatives, and reduce costs.
- Partner with IT to investigate and deploy SFDC based sales enablement tools and ensure successful rollout of sales initiatives.
- Apply practical sales experience to drive continuous improvements that shorten non selling time and boost sales team effectiveness.
- Train and support sales staff in best practice use of SFDC and related enablement tools.
- Provide supplementary reporting and analysis for the region as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of data analysis experience with solid knowledge of sales methodology.
- Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to translate complex data into concise summaries.
- Working familiarity with Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Scope of Position
This position serves as the regional expert for Salesforce (SFDC) and sales analytics, partnering with regional sales leadership to deliver actionable SFDC, revenue, and POS insights while driving adoption of best practices, process improvements, and sales enablement tools across the sales organization.
Pay
Compensation: $20.00 - $24.50 per hour.
Education
Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred.
