Marketing Data Scientist - AI Trainer at DataAnnotation, a remote role focused on evaluating and shaping AI-generated quantitative analysis and training AI systems, with flexible scheduling and project-based pay ranging from USD 50 to 100 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assess AI-generated quantitative output for technical accuracy and practical validity, covering statistical analysis, predictive modeling, scientific reasoning, and data-driven insights.
• Create and solve quantitative challenges used to train and benchmark AI systems, spanning forecasting, experimental analysis, optimization, and statistical inference.
• Document analyses with clear technical explanations and well-documented code.
• Provide actionable feedback to influence the next generation of AI models designed for quantitative reasoning.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a quantitative role or research setting such as data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, operations research, or related fields.
• Some coding experience with the ability to write and review analytical code end-to-end.
• Practical experience with statistical methods, predictive modeling, and experiment design including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting.
• Fluency in English with strong writing skills (native or bilingual).
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is preferred; master's or PhD is a plus.
• Relevant credentials are advantageous, such as Kaggle rankings or cloud ML certifications (AWS/GCP) or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
