In this position, you will lead reporting, analytics, and data automation across Operations, developing dashboards and self service tools for leadership.

Summary: In this Senior role, you will lead reporting, analytics, and data automation across the Operations Division, developing dashboards and self service tools to empower leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Define scalable best practices for information sharing, reporting, and analytics across Operations
  • Provide consultative and hands-on reporting and analytics for Operations partners, quality programs, and physician leadership
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and tools using multiple BI platforms; manage products through development cycles
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, Power Platform solutions, and self-service tools
  • Create and maintain a library of reports and dashboards to supplement Data/IT offerings
  • Refine and automate data sharing processes within Operations and Enterprise
  • Research and collaborate with internal experts to optimize workflows with analytical solutions
  • Lead standard and ad hoc data requests using internal and external data
  • Develop domain expertise in curated extracts, tables, views, and cubes; support data dictionary efforts
  • Assist with data quality assurance to ensure reliable inputs for reports
  • Serve as analytics lead to drive organizational goals and keep leadership informed of deviations
  • Partner with operational leaders to scope problems and deliver process or technology solutions
  • Design lightweight automation and workflows using Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power Apps
  • Support performance and quality improvement programs and site metrics
  • Promote information sharing and collaboration with analytics leads across divisions
  • Assess user needs, gather reporting requests with Physician Leaders, and coordinate with Operations and Revenue Cycle Management
  • Assess site contracts and profitability to recommend risk-minimizing actions
  • Prepare contract negotiation workbooks covering billing and payer mix, provider compensation, revenue, and case volume
  • Present financial summaries aligned with site contracts to Medical Directors, Regional Directors, and Operations leaders to ensure budget neutrality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–6 years of healthcare-focused data analysis, planning, coordinating, and program implementation experience
  • At least 1 year using BI tools (Tableau or Power BI) to build sustainable reports and dashboards from diverse data sources
  • Master’s degree or other advanced degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query/M, data modeling) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint) preferred
  • Experience leveraging AI and agentic tools to accelerate analysis and workflow efficiency preferred
  • Experience with financial analytical models development preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel (advanced with pivot tables and functions), Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to identify root causes, map dependencies, and design upstream solutions
  • Ability to independently scope, design, and deliver technology solutions with minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology
  • Understanding of lean and process improvement methodologies
  • Excellent writing skills; a writing sample will be requested during interviews
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, including financial statements and statistical reports
  • Ability to establish credibility quickly with internal and external customers
  • Knowledge of program development and project management concepts
  • Ability to manage detailed work accurately, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong customer service mindset
