Job Description

Senior level, hands-on role focused on optimizing core business systems and analytics in a manufacturing environment, partnering with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Sales to translate needs into scalable, data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Play a hands-on role in enhancing core business systems, including Epicor Kinetic ERP, Salesforce CRM, and related platforms.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Sales to capture requirements and translate them into structured, scalable solutions.
  • Lead project management for system upgrades, new module deployments, and process standardization efforts.
  • Identify and pilot new features, workflows, and enhancements to improve performance, usability, and business value.
  • Own data sourcing, transformation, and movement between systems by developing queries, ETLs, and processes to support reliable analysis and reporting.
  • Guide analytics initiatives with functional leaders to define requirements and turn business questions into actionable data solutions.
  • Extend continuous improvement efforts by delivering data, analysis, and system support.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making, ensuring data integrity and accessibility across departments.
  • Contribute to process mapping, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving activities as part of ongoing improvement efforts.
  • Assess AI and ML use cases relevant to business and manufacturing operations.
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and advocate practical applications.

Requirements

  • At least eight years of experience in business systems, enterprise applications, data analytics, or a closely related hybrid role.
  • Hands-on ERP experience within a discrete manufacturing setting.
  • Solid grasp of manufacturing processes including BOMs, routings, WIP tracking, production scheduling, and engineering change control.
  • Proven ability to design dashboards, reports, and data models with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI platforms.
  • SQL proficiency for extracting, transforming, and analyzing data across multiple systems.
  • Experience translating business requirements into system configurations, dashboards, and technical specifications.
  • Proven track record collaborating across Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Sales.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly terms.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
  • Location: Onsite in Newtown, PA.
