Senior Data Analyst

The Senior Data Analyst position at Reithorp Solutions LLC supports evaluation of adherence to Intelligence Community (IC) analytic standards across intelligence products, practices, and processes. The role focuses on end-to-end survey work, integrated analysis, and tailored briefings for senior management.

Role Overview

This position assists a customer in assessing IC elements, Combatant Commands, and other analytic entities’ compliance with analytic standards. Support includes designing, testing, administering, and analyzing surveys, then consolidating results into clear visualizations and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Recommend survey design approaches, including testing and administration, across multiple survey platforms.
• Support customers in selecting suitable survey tools for use across different platforms.
• Provide expert guidance on methodological, technological, and ethical considerations, including neutrality, precision, repeatability of measures, cost-benefit evaluation of survey tools, and respondent anonymity.
• Ensure survey accessibility and accuracy by identifying and resolving technical issues prior to launch.
• Administer surveys and monitor technical performance across platforms during the survey period, resolving accessibility and other technical issues as they arise.
• Consolidate survey data and conduct integrated data analysis of survey results.
• Organize element-specific free text responses and use AI/LLM tools with multiple prompts to support human review of free text comments.
• Develop and present survey findings using appropriate visualization techniques, including scatter charts, donut charts, and stacked column charts, and recommend presentation formats for senior management.
• Create customized briefing materials and presentations that include aggregate data, element-specific data, and content tailored for key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Clearance: Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph.
• Education and experience: Typically requires a BS degree with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience, or a Masters degree with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in survey tools and software, including LimeSurvey.
• Expertise in survey data analysis methodologies and tools, including Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and IBM SPSS, along with quantitative methods and data visualization techniques.
• Experience providing advisement on intelligence products and processes.

Compensation and Location

• Salary: USD 145,000 to 180,000 per year
