Senior Data Analyst, Global Scaled Growth

TikTok seeks a Senior Data Analyst to join the Global Scaled Growth team in San Jose, onsite. The role collaborates with Growth, Product, Marketing, Operations and Engineering to drive data-informed growth strategies for advertisers across global markets. This position translates complex data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and scalable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Growth, Product, Marketing, and Operations to define key business questions and deliver actionable insights.
• Analyze large-scale advertiser data, campaigns, and products to uncover trends, growth opportunities, and performance drivers across global markets.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks to monitor health and track strategic initiatives.
• Develop analytical frameworks to evaluate acquisition, retention, engagement, monetization, and lifecycle performance of advertisers.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses, funnel diagnostics, cohort analyses, and experiment readouts to support growth decision-making.
• Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to improve data quality, instrumentation, and accessibility.
• Translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Support forecasting, target setting, and opportunity sizing for scaled growth programs.
• Proactively identify optimization opportunities and influence product and business strategy with data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and KPI design.

Job Information

Base salary range for this position in San Jose, CA is $121,600 - $288,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is part of a Total Package that may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits described are available day one and vary by location.
