Job Description
This remote role supports data analytics for healthcare programs by developing reports and dashboards, promoting self-service analytics, ensuring data quality, and delivering data-driven insights to business partners. Location: Virginia Beach, VA (remote). Salary: USD 80,204 - 133,681 per year.
Responsibilities
- Delivers data analysis support to stakeholders by helping create reports and dashboards that monitor program and operational performance.
- Encourages adoption of self-service analytics by customers, enabling broader data understanding and use.
- Contributes to designing programmatic analyses and reporting capabilities, defines business requirements for new analyses, and conducts ad hoc analyses as assigned.
- Supports data quality and stewardship efforts to maintain data accuracy and identify new metrics.
- As a subject matter expert, provides data-driven conclusions and recommendations to business partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in analytics, statistics, informatics, business, public health, or a related field.
- Epic certification in Clarity, Caboodle, or Cogito.
- Three years of experience in data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI.
- Advanced proficiency in data validation.
- Advanced proficiency in dashboard development.
- Advanced proficiency in Databricks.
- Hands-on data analysis experience.
- Experience delivering dashboards.
- Experience producing recurring and ad hoc reports.
- Skill in developing metrics.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly with operational, clinical, finance, or executive stakeholders.
