DataAnnotation is seeking a Remote Data Analyst - AI Trainer to design and solve coding problems that train AI systems. This role blends hands-on coding with clear explanations and targeted feedback to shape the next generation of AI models, all within a flexible remote setup. Based in Manhattan, NY, the position supports remote work and self-directed scheduling to fit varied project demands.

Responsibilities

Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems.
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
Provide feedback that directly shapes the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
Excellent writing and grammar skills.
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
