Job Description

GAM Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a seasoned data professional to anchor its data foundation and analytics capabilities. This on-site, full-time role focuses on turning raw data from ERP, CRM, and manufacturing systems into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions at the highest level, with direct visibility to the C-Suite. The ideal candidate will combine strong data engineering, reporting, and storytelling skills to empower cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a single source of truth by consolidating data from ERP, CRM, and manufacturing systems into clean, reliable, reportable datasets.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tools using Power BI and advanced Excel for senior and executive leadership.
  • Clean, validate, and structure data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems.
  • Extract and query data from ERP, CRM, and internal databases using SQL (T-SQL / SSMS or similar).
  • Translate business needs into structured data requirements and reporting outputs.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, sales, and leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support automation of reporting and reduction of manual data processes.
  • Lead exploration and adoption of AI tools to improve efficiency and insight generation.
  • Serve as internal liaison for outsourced IT support, including onboarding, access setup, and ticket coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business Analytics, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related role preferred.
  • Strong ability to communicate data-driven storylines to technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficient SQL skills (T-SQL, querying, joins, filtering datasets).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query (ETL) and Power Pivot (data modeling across multiple sources).
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
  • Complex formulas and handling large datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a curiosity-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, cross-functional environment.
