Job Description
The Data Analyst role focuses on data analysis, modeling, dashboards, and reporting to support enterprise systems and mission-critical programs. It requires an active SECRET clearance and is an on-site position based in Fairview Heights, IL, with compensation in the USD 77,000 to 129,000 per year range.

Responsibilities
- Deliver data analysis, data management, and reporting support for enterprise systems and mission-critical programs.
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and analytical solutions aligned with business and operational needs.
- Examine large, complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with applications, database, and business teams to enable data driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation such as data dictionaries, transformation logic, and reporting procedures in line with contract expectations.
- Offer ad hoc data analysis and reporting support to stakeholders and leadership.
- Lead data-related troubleshooting and root cause analysis for data discrepancies and reporting issues.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Assess and implement modern data tools, analytics platforms, and automation capabilities.
Requirements
- Active SECRET security clearance recognized by federal or DoD.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Three or more years of relevant data analysis or data management experience at a senior technical level.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases, data analysis tools such as Python or R, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
