Responsibilities

• Examine operational performance data to uncover trends, opportunities, and root causes.
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports using business intelligence tools.
• Track core metrics such as productivity, quality, throughput, inventory accuracy, labor utilization, and service performance.
• Collaborate with operations managers to inform labor planning, staffing analysis, and capacity forecasting.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives and operational improvements.
• Translate complex data sets into clear recommendations for frontline leadership and senior management.
• Verify data accuracy and investigate discrepancies across multiple systems.
• Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through statistical analysis and performance measurement.
• Present findings and recommendations to cross functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, BI, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex formulas.
• Experience writing SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
