Data Analyst (Senior) Contract Admin + AcqDemo Support

Based in Washington, DC on site, Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC seeks a Senior Data Analyst to support AcqDemo transition efforts and workforce management for NAVSEA SEA 05. The role emphasizes standardizing position documentation, managing compensation data, validating information across CMS, CAS2Net, and CCAS, and creating training and communications to facilitate a smooth government transition.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead AcqDemo transition activities for SEA 05, ensuring alignment with Federal Register guidance, the DOD Civilian Acquisition Workforce Demonstration Operating Procedures, and NAVSEA workforce requirements.
• Oversee PRD standardization, including classification reviews, converting position descriptions, and developing standardized Major Duties and KSAs across SEA 05 organizations.
• Support workforce classification analysis and PRD development by coordinating with SMEs, leadership, and organizational stakeholders to align staffing structures and position requirements.
• Direct the validation, reporting, and administration of CMS, CAS2Net, and CCAS data to back workforce transitions and compensation planning.
• Provide subject matter expertise for CAS2Net, CCAS, pay pool administration, contribution planning, and tracking workforce movement across SEA 05.
• Assist SEA 05 leadership with formulating and managing pay pools and sub-pay pool structures, including recommendations, approvals, and required documentation.
• Support development and rollout of Acq Demo communication plans, workforce transition strategies, brown bag sessions, employee training events, and leadership briefings.
• Develop training materials and deliver hands-on instruction for employees and supervisors on contribution planning, self-assessment writing, pay pool tabletop exercises, supervisory training, and Acq Demo policy execution.
• Provide direct guidance and train-the-trainer support for government personnel administering CAS2Net and CCAS across SEA 05.
• Track employee movement and workforce transition actions using the Acq Demo Employee Movement Matrix and related tools to identify personnel needing special action or additional support.
• Ensure compliance with DOD, DON, and NAVSEA workforce modernization initiatives while supporting enterprise-wide Acq Demo implementation efforts.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and 20 years of relevant experience in data science, tool development, or a related functional area; or
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 15 years of relevant experience; or
• Master's degree in a relevant field and 10 years of relevant experience.
