Digital Marketing / Sr Product Analytics Analyst

FedEx is hiring a Digital Marketing / Sr Product Analytics Analyst in Collierville, TN (remote) to partner with digital marketing and product leaders, define analytics frameworks, drive strategic insights, and own measurement for high-impact initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses for top-priority products or platforms.
• Develop models and dashboards to support planning and forecasting.
• Influence roadmap decisions through opportunity sizing and performance analysis.
• Guide experimentation strategy and maintain a test-and-learn culture.
• Present insights to executives and cross-functional leadership.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; eight years of practical experience may offset the degree requirement.
• Four years in product analytics, advanced business intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience with product-led growth, pricing, or platform analytics.
• Expert SQL proficiency.
• Strong fluency in data visualization tools.
• Ability to tie analysis to business impact and customer outcomes.
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling.

• USA: $8,007.29/mo - $18,149.85/mo

• This position is eligible for telecommuting and may be located anywhere within the US excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Depending on your location you may be required to work at a FedEx campus several times a week.
