EPIC Cogito Business Intelligence Developer - Senior Data Analyst

Scaled Data LLC offers a remote Senior Data Analyst role that focuses on EPIC Cogito to design, build, and maintain reporting and analytic solutions. You will deliver actionable insights to clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders, collaborating with analytics and data teams to align reporting with enterprise goals. This position is fully remote and offers a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts within Epic Cogito tools.
• Build and tune SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for custom analytics.
• Maintain Clarity and Caboodle data models and participate in ETL workflows.
• Collaborate with business users to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with governance and privacy standards.
• Support and train report consumers; document specifications and maintain version control.
• Partner with analytics and data teams to align reporting with enterprise goals.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• EPIC Clarity certification required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years in Business Intelligence, data analytics or SQL development
• Minimum of 3 years EPIC Cogito tools (Clarity, Caboodle, or similar)
• Strong SQL skills, understanding of healthcare data and EPIC workflows, data visualization experience (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and excellent communication abilities
• Epic Cogito or Epic Data Model Certification (Required)
• Willingness to travel 25% (Required)
