Financial Modeling & Data Analytics Senior Consultant

Senior Consultant on Deloitte's Modeling & Insights (M&I) team within Strategy & Transactions, based onsite in Dallas, TX. The role involves developing and delivering financial models and supporting analyses for transactions, strategic business planning, and operational decision-making. It leverages the Apex Platform to integrate models with enterprise data and technology solutions, applies artificial intelligence to financial modeling and advisory work, and coordinates with specialists across tax, valuation, accounting, consulting, and related functions. The position carries a salary range of USD 113,300 to 207,800 per year, requires a Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role in guiding clients through decision-making processes
• Develop and deliver financial models and supporting analyses for transactions, strategic business planning, and operational decision-making
• Collaborate with Deloitte's Apex Platform to connect financial models with enterprise data and technology solutions, including ERP systems, databases, visualization platforms, and analytics tools to generate data-driven insights
• Apply artificial intelligence capabilities in financial modeling and advisory work
• Advise clients by translating technical and commercial knowledge to analyze, interpret, and communicate actionable outcomes from financial models and data solutions
• Design scalable, reusable financial solutions for scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and long-term planning
• Coordinate with Deloitte subject matter specialists across tax, valuation, accounting, consulting, regulatory, and business functions
• Support business development activities for the Modeling & Insights Practice
