Job Description
State Street is hiring a Performance and Analytics for Private Markets Product Owner, Vice President to lead agile delivery and business analysis for performance and analytics solutions in Quincy, MA.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior Product Owner for Agile delivery by leading Agile teams and business analysis teams, prioritizing functionality, and supporting expected outcomes across the delivery lifecycle
- Lead workflow analysis, data analysis, and requirements analysis for current-state and future-state models
- Ensure product integration across upstream and downstream applications
- Act as subject matter expert for Private Markets Performance & Analytics
- Own product planning materials including roadmaps, business cases, project objectives, operating models, product design, product requirements, process flows, and wireframes
- Define and maintain project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions
- Manage architecture and cross-product dependencies to support coordinated delivery
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Service Delivery, and other internal stakeholders during development and rollout of new products and capabilities
- Support product testing, including user acceptance testing, plus test case and test data preparation
- Drive product readiness activities such as release notes, documentation, training, and governance for new capabilities and enhancements
- Provide communication to senior leadership on product development activities, project status, and product roadmaps
Requirements
- Experience in Financial Services, Investment Analysis, Asset Management, or related fields
- Experience in product development, product management, business analysis, investment operations, or software solutions
- Expertise in Investment Performance & Analytics and/or Private Market Investments
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to act as a persuasive change agent
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and shifting priorities
- Ability to articulate product capabilities and benefits to teammates, senior management, clients, and colleagues in technology and service delivery
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or equivalent
- Product development, product management, or software development experience preferred
- Accounting knowledge is a plus
- Advanced degrees in Finance or related professional certifications (CA/CFA/CIPM/CAIA or equivalent) a plus
- Strong knowledge of Performance & Analytics
- Strong knowledge of the Private Investments space
Location
- Quincy, MA (onsite)
Compensation
- USD 110,000 - 188,750 per year
