Senior Commercial Data Analyst - Corporate Accounts
Job Description
The Senior Commercial Data Analyst will develop data visualizations and analytics tools that support the Corporate Accounts division. The role partners with field sales and marketing teams and works across leadership and Technology Enablement to improve decision-making and streamline processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that communicate business insights through clear, accurate data visualization; provide training and ongoing support for end users.
- Design, build, and maintain the data operating model for Corporate Accounts, including governance, workflows, and user roles and responsibilities to support effective delivery.
- Collaborate with Corporate Accounts leadership and Technology Enablement teams to plan and execute an AI and analytics roadmap aimed at improving performance and decision-making while reducing administrative effort.
- Work with stakeholders to understand data needs, convert those needs into data visualizations, and prioritize project plans based on strategic goals and value.
- Coordinate with divisional data product managers and IT to determine data requirements, identify and address data inconsistencies, prioritize critical defects, and provide support and alternative solutions when needed.
- Communicate project status, data insights, and technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders, executives, and end users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, business analytics, computer science, software engineering, mathematics, statistics, or equivalent technical and professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience analyzing complex data sets, developing insightful visualizations, and creating analytical tools and reporting.
- Expert-level SQL skills, including experience with complex queries, database performance enhancements, and deriving actionable insights from large-scale data.
- Experience with the modern data stack, particularly Snowflake, or similar data technologies.
- Ability to challenge conventional approaches, identify unique solutions, and contribute creative ideas.

Work Model and Location
This position is based in Arden Hills, MN and follows a hybrid work model. Employees are expected to be in the office at least three days per week.

Compensation
USD 85,000 - 161,500 per year. The anticipated compensation and the value of core and optional employee benefits may vary based on the actual position location and other factors used to determine pay for the role.
At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range. Additional variable compensation may apply for some roles and plans, including annual bonus targets and, for exempt non-sales roles, potential long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). For non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles, variable compensation may include overtime and shift differential, and an annual bonus target may apply (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
