Job Description

Dedicated Nursing Associates offers an onsite, full-time Senior Data Analyst role in Delmont, PA, supported by a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities

  • Partner with departments to define business objectives and data requirements, and develop metrics and KPIs to support those goals
  • Work with project leads to measure project effectiveness and track KPIs
  • Implement data collection plans to support data exploration, hypothesis testing, and statistical modeling
  • Analyze data from multiple sources, generate insights, and validate hypotheses from exploration
  • Present analytical results and visualizations in a way that informs Executive Leadership, Managers, and staff, providing actionable insights
  • Examine how historical data is used to understand trends, answer questions, and create standardized report automation to reduce ad hoc reporting
  • Identify inefficient or repetitive processes and pursue opportunities to streamline, eliminate, and automate them
  • Undertake special projects as directed by the Executive Leadership Team
  • Perform duties of the Data Analyst I role as needed, including the following subtasks:
    • Prepare linear charts and pie charts using financial data as requested by management
    • Review financial data for errors and discrepancies
    • Build, organize, and maintain Office Snapshots for each branch on a quarterly basis
    • Gather and organize tax information for federal and state returns
    • Prepare financial reports for audits (federal, state, workers’ compensation, etc.)
    • Analyze and review due diligence documents for potential acquisitions
    • Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and projections
    • Support management with other reporting requests as needed
  • Work in an office environment on a full-time basis, unless otherwise directed by the Executive Team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • General knowledge of operating office equipment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet or exceed all essential job functions and performance goals
