Senior Data Analyst

Titan Technologies is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the SITEC III contract for USSOCOM in Fort Bragg, NC. The position focuses on analyzing structured and unstructured data to deliver dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support operational and leadership decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and inform decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other BI platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and design clear, user-friendly reports and data visualizations.
• Write queries and scripts to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from enterprise databases.
• Support both recurring and ad hoc reporting needs for operational and leadership teams.
• Help design and implement data models and workflows that improve reporting efficiency.
• Perform data quality checks to maintain accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs.
• Document data sources, processes, and report specifications to support continuity and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with IT teams and database administrators to troubleshoot data access and integration issues.
• Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, operational planning, and mission readiness assessments.
• Ensure compliance with USSOCOM data governance, classification, and cybersecurity standards.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor junior team members by reviewing analytical outputs, ensuring adherence to USSOCOM data governance standards, and supporting skill development.

Requirements

• High school diploma with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, OR 10 years experience with an Associate's degree, OR 6 years experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance (or higher) is required.
• Experience in data modeling, transformation, and visualization.
• Familiarity with SQL and experience writing queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language: Python, Java, C++, or .NET.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Access.
• Ability to develop data visualizations that support leadership decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be DoW 8140 compliant under Work Role Code 422 – Data Analyst (Intermediate) or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint integration for data visualization or workflow automation.
• Experience with MAVEN platforms.
• 2+ years designing Palantir Foundry workflows, including engineering data pipelines, modeling ontologies, and deploying BI applications to support mission-critical decisions.

Education

• High School Diploma with 12 years of experience, OR AA plus 10 years of experience, OR BS plus 6 years of experience.
