Senior Data Analyst

TeleSolv Consulting is hiring a Senior Data Analyst in Maryland (onsite) to support Government data analysis and report development. In this role, you will turn complex datasets into practical insights through analytics, dashboard development, data pipeline management, and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and data visualization solutions.
• Design and support ETL processes and data pipelines to enable reliable, efficient data integration.
• Collect, validate, cleanse, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, performance drivers, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and recommendations for Government leadership and stakeholders.
• Support data quality, accessibility, governance, and reporting automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and service leads to integrate analytics into broader organizational initiatives.

Requirements

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• ITIL v3
• Expert-level data analysis and business intelligence capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI dashboard development.
• Strong SQL and data pipeline development experience.
• Ability to convert complex technical findings into clear, actionable reports for executive and non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting analytics-driven decision making and organizational performance improvement.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and consulting skills.

Background Investigation

This position requires you to obtain a background investigation. As part of the process, the Government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check.

Compensation: USD 125,000 - 145,000 per year.
