At Kansas City Kansas Community College, the Title III Research & Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in strengthening Institutional Effectiveness and Enrollment Management by turning data into actionable insights. This onsite position collaborates with Title III leadership to deliver precise reporting, CFR-aligned performance data, and strategic analyses that inform planning across academic and administrative initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Title III Project Director to maintain accurate, timely data submissions in line with federal Title III requirements.
- Support Title III Annual Performance Reporting and ensure alignment with CFR standards.
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and communicating data related to grant outcomes and institutional priorities.
- Extract, analyze, and validate institutional data to inform decision-making and reporting processes.
- Conduct quantitative analyses focused on institutional effectiveness, student success, and key performance indicators.
- Create summary reports and insights to support planning, policy discussions, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to back enrollment management, institutional planning, and departmental operations.
- Prepare and maintain reports used in academic and administrative program reviews.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reporting tools and outputs.
- Manage the course evaluation process.
- Design and administer internal surveys for institutional and Title III data collection.
- Analyze survey results and provide actionable insights to campus stakeholders.
- Respond to ad hoc data requests from faculty, staff, and administrators.
- Collaborate on interdepartmental and cross-campus data projects.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness or Title III Project Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, analytics, mathematics, computer science, behavioral or social sciences, information technology, or a related field.
- Three years of experience in data collection, conducting research studies, and analysis.
- Demonstrated experience with large datasets or data warehouses.
- Proficiency with data tools and systems such as databases, spreadsheets, SPSS, SQL, and business intelligence/reporting tools.

Work Schedule
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. A variable schedule may be needed to meet operational needs, and evening or weekend hours may be required.
