Job Description

Senior analytics leader will direct the analytics program for the American Dream Initiative within JPMorganChase's Consumer Banking Customer Data & Analytics team, onsite in Columbus, Ohio.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and lead the customer analytics strategy for the American Dream Initiative, aligning measurement, prioritization, and outcomes with core business goals.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing analytics team to deliver impactful insights across the customer lifecycle, performance metrics, and program effectiveness.
  • Create and govern a performance measurement framework with KPIs, executive reporting, experimentation, and impact assessment to drive data-informed decision making and program optimization.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Research, and business partners to craft data-driven engagement strategies that improve acquisition, deepening, and retention.
  • Apply emerging AI, machine learning, and analytics capabilities to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer outcomes and advance program objectives.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear narratives and recommendations for senior leaders, balancing strategic ambition with operational feasibility, risk discipline, and measurable results.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative field and 10+ years of analytics experience.
  • Proven senior leadership experience building and developing multidisciplinary analytics teams within a large enterprise.
  • Deep expertise in data science and analytics, including hands-on work with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, segmentation, and experimentation.
  • Track record of delivering AI, ML, and analytics solutions that drive measurable business outcomes, ideally in financial services or consumer products.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to frame analytical problems in business terms and translate insights into executive-level recommendations.
  • Experience leading analytics across multiple concurrent domains, balancing near-term delivery with long-term capability development.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a history of influencing senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or R, and experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
  • Solid project and program management capabilities, including defining success metrics, managing risks, and driving execution across complex initiatives.
